When you hire me as your virtual midwife, you’re not just getting a service—you’re getting a wise, steady presence through your entire journey. These one-of-a-kind prenatal visits are designed to complement—not replace—your clinical care. This is dual care at its finest.

Your OB or midwife may focus on the medical pieces, but I’m here to fill in the emotional, spiritual, and practical support that so often gets missed. You’ll have space to ask every question you didn’t remember or didn’t get time to ask—and you’ll be heard every step of the way.

This package does not replace care from your primary provider. It’s meant to work alongside them, providing holistic, personalized support in the areas that matter most to you.

What’s included:

Prenatal Support:

• A comprehensive prenatal intake consultation (60–90 minutes)

• Monthly virtual check-ins during early pregnancy

• Biweekly check-ins from 28 weeks, then weekly from 36 weeks to birth

• Support in creating a personalized birth plan and postpartum vision

• Nutritional, emotional, and physical wellness guidance

• Natural wellness recommendations you can trust

• Direct access to Stephanie for messaging support between sessions

Birth Support:

• On-call availability starting at 37 weeks until your baby is born

• Real-time virtual support throughout labor and birth via video or phone

• Comfort techniques, partner guidance, and emotional support during birth

Postpartum Support:

• Three virtual visits within the first six weeks

• Breastfeeding and newborn care guidance

• Space to process your birth experience and ask anything you need

• Ongoing messaging access during your 4th trimester
