Hey Mama, I hear all the time, I wished you could be my midwife. So I got creative, thought outside the box and this is what I came up with. I am a virtual midwife! I help pregnant moms, doulas, midwives, and people just like you get the clarity and confidence and the tools you need to trust birth and have the experience you desire. You never get enough time with your doctor at a regular prenatal visit to ask all your questions. Sometimes you don’t even know what questions to ask. Well, I am here to fill in the gaps. Many times you walk away from prenatal visits with a whole new level of fear. You’ve been labeled with risk factors and your concerns have been ignored or most of the time you haven’t even had the opportunity to voice your concern. I feel like there is a uniqueness that each mama brings to her birth and that should be validated and recognized. Your prenatal choices and care should reflect your own history, your emotional needs, philosophy and beliefs about health and wellness. My virtual prenatal visits take all that into account and more. We talk about your history and your diet, how you’re feeling both emotionally and physically. We talk about options that you have even if you’re considered high risk. My goal is to reflect your power back to you, re-center you in your decision making when you need  a little reminder and of course offer my expert opinion when you want or need that. My perspective comes from my own personal experiences, serving hundreds of women through the traditional model of midwifery care, virtual care, as well as my own pregnancy experiences. I love giving elementary analogies that everyone can understand and answer questions that you didn’t even know you had. Seriously, I’m in my happy place connecting with so many of you on your pregnancy journey through my virtual midwife program. I’m here to empower you! I am your biggest cheerleader!
